The drinks tasted weak. It seemed like they didn't put much liquor in them. The hallways had a strange, funny smell, and the rooms could use updates. I found that quite annoying.

Aston was our server at the pool, he were really good. He consistently brought our drinks and anything else we needed. He made sure everything was fresh. I lost count of how many times he brought us ice with a smile.
The check-in experience was not ideal. The front of house staff did not have great customer service skills. I sought help from reception and they did not seem to care. The staff tried to palm us off at every turn.
